I should imagine the 350z will be made for quite a while yet, anyhow the new 2007 model is about to hit these shores complete with new engine, bonnet bulge and new colours. As for spec the uk models are nearly all the same if you have the gt spec, there was a limited edition gt4 model out a few years ago with different wheels and a slightly powerfuller engine and a lairy yellow colour.
