For boot struts try a couple of these http://www.sgs-engineering.com/gas-struts/car-boot-tailgate/nissan/350z/filter/2004/

 

My struts were very tired when I bought her, fitted some SGS replacements and they're all good now. I've seen a few people on here use/recommend them.

 

There are a couple of breaking threads around you could search for, and enquire for the cover. Alternatively :pmzmanalex:
