Air filter to maf housing coupler / tube / hose

I'm after a short piece of tube that will slot inside my air filter (below). The maf housing tube is exactly the same diameter so it will be used as a coupler. The total diameter should be 81mm.

 

Long shot but somebody may have something like this lying around the garage.

Slotting another section of hose inside the air filter will not work.

 

Why don't you just remove the rubber section from the filter in your picture and just run 1 tube?

 

Or am I missing something here?
