Jmanji Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Can you adjust the clutch pedal to engage at a lower level, as mine seems to bite near the top, hope this don't mean it's worn out, I can't feel slip. Is there an adjust thread? Quote
brillomaster Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 "they're all like that, sir..." how long have you had the car? i'll admit i was a bit rev happy pulling away when i first got it, but soon got used to it, now feels much the same as any other car i can remember owning. Quote
Gudzy Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Its currently the first guide in the guides section http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/50287-adjusting-clutch-pedal/page__hl__%2Bclutch+%2Badjust 1 Quote
14N Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 It is high and can be adjusted. But you do get used to it. I recall a very nervous hill start when I was still 'getting used' to mine. I'm sure Brillo remembers it too as he was right behind me! Quote
brillomaster Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 haha yeah that was a bit of a moment you had! you couldnt have stopped in a worse place! Quote
14N Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Stopping was the easy bit - it was the getting going again without becoming your new bonnet ornament that proved difficult Quote
Jmanji Posted June 2, 2013 Author Posted June 2, 2013 Strange? Took the zed out today and I'm sure the clutch pedal feel has completely changed, seems like its gone very loose/ light half way up, after it is engaged, pulled over and bite point seems to have changed to lower, really strange or possibly because I have not driven the car for a week? Can this happen if so why. Quote
