Alarm going off for no reason

Hi all,

 

The last three nights the alarm in my 2004 350Z coupe has randomly gone off. 4am the first night, 11:30 the second and 1am the third. There was no one around, it just went off.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts about what may be causing this?

 

Does anyone know what type of sensors are used and where they are?

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Ultrasonic sensors, check for spiders and other creepy/flying things

Thanks. That was my working hypothesis. Do you know where the sensors are?

Are they not in the roof liner, just infront (or behind, somehow ive forgotten) the roof lights.

Thanks. I've given it a bit of a spray. A hoover this weekend will hopefully sort it out. I'm sure my neighbours are also hoping I get it sorted.
