There are other cars for sale quite often now for under 1k more than that one with full service history, one owner etc. and similar/less miles. Also when the new Z releases here and this price drop we are hearing about takes place, I assume when the new Z releases that will happen (?) it will be sure to effect the used resale prices I would assume!
