I am probably slightly bias on the polybush vs rubber mainly because of my experience with Honda replacement arms.

Many polybush product is either too harsh, fail prematurely, or both.

Where rubber bush normally last much longer and are much more compliant overall.

 

Some of the harder rubber compound do a good job at absorbing NVH while still be stiff enough to provide the needed precision.

They normally are the best of both world because they have long service life also.
