Passenger Wing mirror not tilting down fully

Hi Guys

 

As above my passenger mirror does tilt but gets somewhat stuck part way down.

 

Any ideas whether i can fix this, has the glass become misaligned or knocked.

Edit: Are the mirrors supposed to tilt automatically when in reverse, just wondered as mine don't.

Best to remove the mirror glass and check the mechanism.
