The car in question is a 2003 and was imported in 2006 and is in band m. Has anyone managed to get there tax reduced to the 2003 rate and how easy was it to do so? It's based on registration date rather than manufacture date so I doubt the DVLA will even entertain the idea. I've never tried this though so I could be wrong.
