Backing plate rubbing

My backing plates are rubbing when I turn left.

 

I've cringed long enough now, do it's time to fix it.

 

Any tips?

If you mean the heat shield just take the wheel off and bend it back slightly. I had to to this on both sides of my car. Takes 2 minutes plus however long it takes you to take the wheel off and put it back on
