Just changed my dials

Just changed my oil battery n timer dials and just woundered if I had

To change any sensors to uk spec of not?

As when I gave it a boot full parked on the drive the oil went up to nearly 120 psi??

Is this what it does as it idles near the middle around 50/60

when fully warm it should sit around the bottom line on idle, I think about 30psi
