Removing/wrapping headlining and pillars.

Looking to wrap the interior headlining and pillars in a black alcantara or similar material and wondering if anyone has removed these pieces before? If so how easy is it? What else needs to be removed in order to pop them out?

How did you get on with this? Any idea how much you're talking for this? I'm thinking of doing the same but might try flocking instead unless alcantara is cheaper than I'm expecting. I'd do the visors as well and possibly plasti dip all the cream plastic bits to match.
