High oil pressure

Hi just wondering if any one has experienced excessivly high oil pressure following an oil change 120 dropping to 30 at 750 revs tickover when warmed up unable to test on road as car off road untill end of month have used a Nissan oil filter and Motul 5 30 oil as supplie by Alex Have heard it can be relief valve in filter needs to settle down just wonderin how true this is but it was glaringly obvouse something dramatic had changed. :

Sounds okay to me on a cold engine. Your old oil was probably either well worn and thin, or there wasn't much of it left. As long as it's not off the scale at either end it'll be fine.
