Im looking at getting them but wanted to know if they are any good and are going to fall off everytime the weather changes from hot to cold?

got them, you need to bend them a bit more to the true arc of the dash for them to remain in place

I've got them too. As Mike says, you need to shape them before fitting, I also got the woman's nail glue stuff to stick down a few pieces that I hadn't bent perfectly. Fit is good now.
