james1989 Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Is it safe for me to tow my friends 106 for about 5miles on the rear towing eye? i know the engine would pull it but i worry that it might damage the diff or strain the chassis (well monocok) and i cannot find any info of using the towing eye to tow another car anywhere! rothers2901 Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 I would say that you wouldnt have any issues towing your friends car as far as engine and diff are concerned and if you took your time and managed to tow it without any major jerks or jolts then you should be fine. Quote
