Precautions when changing the battery.

The link in the guides does not work anymore. There seems to a few different tips leave the doors open, lock the doors etc to stop the auto window doing damage. What did any of you do ? Changing the battery looks easy, I am just concerned with these warnings.

I just take the keys out, disconnect the negative, then the positive and lift out the dead battery.........refit the new one in reverse of the removal and off ya go

That is what I will do then
