am I right in thinking this is basically a sticker set?

I just read the description lol it sounds like it to me, can't imagine u would need wipes to fit the proper ones, think I'll save up for the rsw set

They're just stick-on panels, and unfortunately they look like it as well. Once they're on you can see the edges if you actually look even half-closely at them. Also adsurdly expensive for what they are.

 

Paint your interior gloss black if you want to freshen it up, a few people have done that and it looks great.
