You want to try some of the Russian internal airlines a few years back. Had to pay cash for fuel, as they were nearly bankrupt so just enough fuel to get you there. I was on one they moved with an old Kamaz truck and straps and minus 35. I went to put the seat belt on ( God knows why ) and one end came off. Bribing airport staff just to get on a plane! All good stuff.
