Southernspeed Posted March 30, 2012 Share Posted March 30, 2012 If that's the advert I've seen they are just cut outs fitted by goodness knows who, monkey or mechanic? The engine you're buying could be halfway knackered or worse. I've just rebuilt one that had 30 odd thousand miles on it and it had really bad fuel wash, smoked like a trooper apparently. My own engine has 30,000m on it and is a real smoker. It's only the cats that hide the fact! If you do want to go the rebuild route, speak to Abbey Motorsport.
