If a radio (same Bose unit) from another car is fitted does it need the dealer to recode it, I have had conflicting views on this. Anyone actually done this ? Quote

solentzed Posted January 16, 2007 Author Posted January 16, 2007 I now have a UK radio, with 4 digit numeric pin code (and the donor vehicle VIN number) - I have no instructions - how do I enter the pin code ? Is it the 1 to 6 buttons or some cunning use of seek track up down etc ! I will have the radio installed tonight so would really appreciate this information, thanks. Quote
