Phonebook?

Is there any way to change the phonebook stored on the phone to have it display as First name, Surname and not Surname, First name?

 

I don’t call people by their Surname makes it harder to look people up?

Or do I have to stick with using voice commands that search by first name...

Technicaly I dont know but the settings are: -

Sort by Firstname

Display by Firstname

Well, I have done a bit of messing about, but I only have a 370Z with connect premium to go off.

I paired up my iPhone with the car for the first time and when I checked the Phone Book it was first name first. I then poked about to see if I could swap it around and I couldn’t. Therefore the only conclusion I could come to was the way its set up on the phone rather than the car

 

TBH there might be better people on here to speak to but that’s all I have I’m afraid

I just have to play around with it, only issue is my phone syncs with my hotmail account (like the new feature that apple have just released) which again is first name first

i seem to have this same problem, the surnames are first, however in my phone they are stored with first name first so not sure why its like that :S

Sorry to hijack this, how to u import contacts from your Iphone to the phonebook?

Just go to copy contact from device

wonder if that option is only avaliable to premium connect I cant see that
