waynehardy Posted November 3, 2011 Share Posted November 3, 2011 Hello For the past couple of weeks ive noticed that whilst driving (at any speed) there is a rather worrying creaking noise coming from my windscreen. Ive had a fumble around to see if the windscreen is loose or if anything has come unstuck in and around the dashboard but to no avail. I thought at one point it might have been the steering column but have adjusted and re-adjusted it but the noise still occurs. Has anyone come across this? The noise is annoying at least but more worrying is that it is something serious? My car hasnt had any prangs or impacts. bronzee Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 Maybe the same as some of the 350's can be, the foam that rests between the back of the screen and the dash plastic needs to put back into place, hopefully alleviating squeak. Went in to the shop for some work on the offside rear following an argument with some road debris and since it's come back it has started doing this on and off. Did you get anywhere with yours?
