chrisgunton Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 I'm trying to figure out what is causing the hard changes into 2nd and 5th at the moment. It's much worse when the car is cold. What gearbox oil should have been put in when it was serviced? Seems to have been worse since then. What else could it be syncros? Quote
Neilp Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 This got covered by someone the other day who used cheap halfords gearbox oil and then had it removed and replaced with genuine nissan fluid with molyslip and their gearbox has been perfect since. Zmanalex sells the genuine stuff much cheaper than nissan. Quote
