Buying new Alloy Wheels

I need all four wheels refurbishing in various ways so was thinking of just buying new alloys.

 

What do I need to know when buying new wheels as i presume you just cant go out and buy any old 18" wheels?

You have to look at clearence issues with the bembo's

buy some 19"'s while your at it

 

I am a tight arse and have just put new tyres on and dont want to buy a new set

You'll obviously need to ensure the new wheels have the correct stud pattern, ie 5*114.3.

 

Then there is the whole question of offsets......try a search, there has been lots of discussions on this

the wheels come in 8.5 and 9.5 so you can have 8.5 all round or as in the photo 8.5 front and 9.5 rear.
