Husky Posted June 24, 2011 Share Posted June 24, 2011 The phone/tablet will draw as much as it can from the socket. this will be limited by how much the device draws or how much the socket can supply. The socket will reach maximum output (prob 500ma) and will work at that level, most likely getting warm in the process. as long as it is 5v you are fine.
