Which phone should I go for?

I just went to the CEX shop who offered me an exchange for my iphone 3GS for a HTC Desire HD more or less brand new (class A) for an additional £85. Is this worth it? The phone is unlocked and unbranded. They are also going to upgrade the software to the 'Gingerbread' for me.

 

If I do get it, how do I transfer my contacts, messages, photos, music etc over from my iPhone to the HTC. :wacko:
