Open yourself a Photobucket a/c (free) and copy and past the IMG code.

If you want to make the pics smaller before you upload to PB (save band width) look for a 'PictureResizer' prog, if using Microsoft it's a Power Toy.

Ideally the easiest way is to open your self a photobucket account (its free)

http://photobucket.com/

once you have added your photos you can code the code from the 'IMG Code' section under your added image on photobucket and then paste the code into you forum post box

To save time and bandwidth make photos more forum friendly by shrinking them before upload something around 600 x 400 pixels, if you have windows 7 then paint can do this alternatively photobucket can resize them on upload

Hope thats helped if not ask again

when you see your pics on photo bucket and hover the mouse over the pic you want a series of boxes will appear beneath, one of those says IMGcode copy the code from that one and paste it into you forum post text box
