not much in NA gains though, yeah you can surely gain 10-15hp by fine tuning your existing NA mods, but that's not on top of what said mods claim to add...

although if you want to go FI down the line and get a utec half way in NA guise, it can only do you good, if tuned correctly!

Although that said my z does seem to have better throttle response and acceleration since the bits were done, but them it could be the noise + me wanting it to feel better

i definitely felt the difference once i took off the plenum, and can't wait to put something else on it, be it a spacer or the Cosworth one B)

But the UTEC is definitely on the cards, some time

I know what you mean. Rolling road print outs suggest my GT4 is 4 bhp down on standard so i had considered an fcon to help.

The plenum is the silver bit on top of the engine that sits below the stut brace. The plastic cover (I think it says Nissan 3.5l on it) covers half of it and the rest is exposed.

I think it distibutes air into the cylinders or something. Change it or fit a spacer and you are meant to be able to tell the difference.
