Changing the seats/re-upholster?

Hi guys,

 

My first post here so I hope it is in the right place.

 

I am looking to buy a 350z and I have noticed a couple at a good price. However, they have the ''orange''interior (seats, handbrake, gearstick and steering wheel) which I prefer in black.

 

I'm just wondering whether i would be easy to change the seats (with heated and electric seats....and where to buy new seats from)...or whether i am better off getting them re-upholstered in black leather??

Welcome to the forum mate. You could always put up a swap post? Someone on here... may want the alezan leather that you have rather than their black ones...... just a thought

I think you'd be better off waiting for the right spec car to come along, there seems to be plenty for sale at present.

It may just be easier to look for one with black already in...as i don't actually have the car yet I don't really want to get into swapping bits. (nice idea though, maybe a thought for another day)

 

Just a bit of topic but other than, ebay, pistonheads and autotrader are there any other places online where I could find 350z's??

I'd look at members cars in the Zs for sale section on here.

As HaydnH says....... there are a few nice zeds for sale on here..... plus you will have peace of mind... knowing that they are looked after properly
