knocking sound from the front wheel

hi guys. i have a knocking sound coming from the front left wheel whenever i go over a bump in the road or even if the road is quite rough. any thoughts? someone told me it could be a bushing. thanks

Nissan will change the whole arm which will cost over £500 fitted.
