is it possible to get the clock working on a JDM?

I just got a set of UK dash pod gauges from Zmanalex, straight swap, all seems to be reading ok, expect the clock. Obviously originally I didn't have a clock, it is now selectable but displays --:-- on the screen, followed by then flashing up -8:88, then repeating this process over and over. Pressing the lower button to control the pod doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm guessing there's a control box somewhere that works with the pod. Question is, where is it, and can I replace it with a UK item to get a functioning clock?

Cheers,

Chris.

ahh, I thought it was for a clock, because I know that the UK cars have a clock on the pod... at least I think they do?

Not a major deal, but would be cool if I could find a way to get it to do something.

yep, that was the reason for my post - I swapped out the JDM gauges for a UK one... I'm inclined to agree with doctor austin now though, I downloaded the manual for a 2004 350z and this suggests the screen is for tyre pressures. Can anyone with an early UK model confirm this?
