Central Locking Problem

Hi guys, having an issue with the above! Its not detrimental, but its really annoying and want it sorted.

 

*I have an aftermarket Cobra alarm system on my JDM 04' with 35k.

*When I lock the car using the remote, no doors are actually locked. I can open both doors and the alarm goes off.

*I can lock the passenger door from inside, then go outside and lock the drivers side with the key. Both doors are now locked. Then i can set the alarm using the cobra fob and now both doors are locked and the alarm is on. Great! Now when i use the fob to unlock, both doors are now unlocked! Brilliant! So I dont understand why it cant lock them???

*Also, if I use the switch on the drivers side control unit (beside the mirror/window switches etc) nothing happens and I hear a clicking sound coming from the drivers side footwell. I beleive this is the Body Control Unit. It sounds like a relay.

*I have checked fuses and there was one that was blown, a 15Amp fuse, I replaced it but it made no difference. Unfortunately, I dont know which one this is as there is no diagram.

 

 

Any ideas??? Please help!
