Trolley Jacks

I've not had one in my tool set for many years but caring for my wheels means I'm now thinking I need one.

 

However, having watched the man at the tyre centre struggling to get theirs under my Z I wondered if anyone could tell me what minimum saddle height I need to look for in a spec?

 

Model recommendations also welcome!
