Whats my offsets?

Just wandered if someone can tell me what my offsets are at the moment on my standard rays with 25mm spacers on the rear and 20mm spacers on the front? I have ordered some rota gtr wheels that are 19" and 10 and 9 wide with an offset of 20 so am trying to get an idea if they will sit out more or in more.......

3mm more at front (each side i.e. +6 mm track))

7 mm more at back (each side i.e. +14 mm track)
