Fairlady vs 350Z whats the difference?

Hia all,

 

A friend of mine is looking at getting a Fairlady as he cant afford a 350Z of a similar year to mine, so obviously the first difference is price, secondly visually I notice the spoiler is missing on the Fairlady and thirdly the Square number plate housing......

 

Apart from that what have the Romans ever done for us?

 

Has anyone got a definitive list of all major differences please?
