Liz has gone blinkered about a new bathroom so I had been dragged around Barrow looking at a full range od rubbish.

Caught me in the 30 zone if you had seen me a few seconds earlier i was a little ruffeld the road seems to be getting bumpier, in work all weekend so i will catch you after Wales.

Its getting to be a very bad road now. Rocks at the side, potholes and the bumps have me grounding out at the far end.
