Part-worn pair of 245/45/18 Tyres

Looking to sell my Z, but rear tyres are down to ~3mm, so I fancy putting a set of part worn tyres - no point putting on new. Currently using Avon ZZ3's all round, so anything similar, but decent, e.g. Falken / Bridgestone / Toyo..

 

Must have minimum 5mm tread. Let me know what you have.
