Ian5 Posted June 18, 2011 Share Posted June 18, 2011 Just posting this incase it can be of benefit to anyone - had a bit of an nightmare with the immobiliser on my 2004 Jap model when the body control module got water damaged and was struggling to find information to resolve the problem. When a new BCM was installed in my car it was necessary to reprogramme the keys inorder to disarm the immobiliser; to do this the garage I used contacted Nissan Technical in Japan who advised that the same code as a 2004 Nissan Navara would work, which it did. Apparently this is a standard reset code if the one specific to the vehicle is not available. As I say just posting to try an save anyone from the hassle I had - car was immobilised for 3 weeks until I could find a garage who would invest the time and effort in fixing the problem.
