which is best touch screen computer

ok guys i got in my 350z a empty compartment where the navigation systems usually are and then i putting in my ripspeed dvd player in where the standard cd was with the double din plate....

 

i wanna get a screen for the top part i have seen this touch screen kits with like audio movies aux tv bluetooth ale to do reverse camera and loads other gadgets but i dunno nothing about the makes for this thing

 

please can someone recommend me some ideas and ill see what i can afford thanks

I'll more than likely be selling my sat nav (pretty much the same as nurrush's) in the next few month as i look into making a car pc.
