sammy86 Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 Hey Guys and Gals Could any of you shed some light please as Ive just changed my Disc Brakes and Pads on Both front wheels today, and have just noticed my Engine managemnt light has just come on! Surely changing these the engine Manage light shouldnt come on? Are there any sensors that could have been knocked accidently whilst changing the discs and brakes? Stew Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 Best thing to do is grab the code. I'll put up the produce for doing this in a minute. Then have a look at what code is being thrown up. click for code grab procedure Before switching off have a look and count the flashes and this will be the code. It's easier to right it down (been a while since I've thrown a CEL) Click for codes Then at least we'll know why the CEL light is on.
