Centred "Fairlady Z" badge

Has anybody got pics of centred FairladyZ badge?

 

Hate the burger and wondered what it would look like if I took it off and covered the holes with the Fairlady badge?

Personally I would try and pick up a 240z or 260z fairlady emblum and stick that on..

Yep, it would!

 

Would also be original on these shores! Did you find the silver one?

 

There is a blue where he has it placed below the hatch line.

 

Think that styleeeee looks better than the modern badge Nice and retro!

To complete the look you would need a datsun badge one the front (doable by modding an aftermarket Z badge) and then swap the side ones for 240z badges!! Think nurrish or IanS16 has swapped the side ones!

It's tricky, isn't it?

 

AFAIK the "Ferrari" badge has stayed the same for decades and so has the badge of other makes, irrespective of how modern or different their successice models look.

 

I like it as a badge and think it looks good on the blue Z above. Miles better than the burger or the Halfordesque Tommy Whatshisname badge IMO.

 

Will look out for a vintage/replica badge and decide when I see how much they are!
