Hi guys during the last two weeks while starting the car fror cold after it has been sat for a day or two, on two occasions i have had a misfire on starting the engine. It misfires then dies down to idle and is fine but if u rev the engine it will misfire for a perioid of about 5 seconds then the problem goes away.

It doesnt do it at any other time apart from a cold start (in cold weather) is trhere anything i should check? plugs were changed about 3k ago.

Injectors? Coil pack?

At the moment Just a pop charger engine wise. The plenum was removed about 5 months ago also just for info.

Also the exhaust has snapped at the weld from the mid pipe to the back box. i'm waiting for japspeed to get the k2's in stock :( the back box and mid pipe align fine there is just a little gap between them :p sounds good though! lol.

Wont be your zorst. Could be an ecu reset to start with, check all your vacuum hoses esp if the plenum has been messed with, esp the one under the z-tube.

If not then it could be your coilpacks, you checked since the sparks were sorted?

Z-tube is the tube that connects your pop to your plenum! or thats what the oem one is called anyway!

There is a vacuum hose connected underneath :)
