D13vyl Posted November 28, 2009 Posted November 28, 2009 Hi Folks Was driving last night, went over a small bump and my interior light went on (festoon Blue LED's), however it wasnt at full brightness and i couldnt turn the damn thing off. My doors and boot lid were closed and the light remained on even when engine switched off. Over time the light gradually went out over a period of a few hours gradually dimming off. This morning everything is fine, so what little gremlins are mucking around, Any ideas? D Quote
Husky Posted November 28, 2009 Posted November 28, 2009 hmm odd, and it wasnt that you pressed the button to turn it on (silly question i know) the interior lights are controlled directly from the bcm so any thing can happen you dont want it to be the bcm at fault its expensive Quote
waylander Posted November 28, 2009 Posted November 28, 2009 that’s a strange problem, like Husky mentioned the interior dome lights are controlled by the BCM and its ££ to replace. Let just hope it does not happen again. Quote
