Just saw this picture on the internet somewhere and didn't have a clue what car it is. Looks a little like a TVR but I don't think it is.

 

Anyone know?

it's an Alfa Romeo concept IIRC doubt it'll ever be made :(

Nice car! Pitty it will constantly break down or else the enine will just blow up being an Alfa.

It's called the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione.

 

It's got a 4.2 V8 (Thanks Maserati) with a supercharger under the bonnet.

 

Current rumours suggest there will be a limited production run of about 500 starting sometime in 2007.

Can't wait to see that on the road! Althought that will be really rare and would have thought most of them will spend their life in the garage. Should sound pretty good to if it's got an engine from the Maserati Coupe! Real pitty about the price tag! Maybe in 10 years once the depreciation has really kicked in!
