Dunlop SP9000s

I've been offered some nearly new (500miles covered) Dunlop SP9000's for the rear of my Z. As my rears ar a little close to the limit markers and i'm planning a 200miles trip through France in Sep,

a) Are they any good

B) Will they marry up with some partially worn Bridgestones on the front (warranty tyres and covered about 1500miles)

Cheers
