SMR350Z Posted July 12, 2009 Share Posted July 12, 2009 I have developed the window issues with both the windows on my Z. So today I set about the window rest to see if that would fix it. http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/Service:TSB_04-089_Window_Regulator_Motor_Reset_Procedure The first few steps were fine, then I swiftly moved onto my school boy error! When attempting to unplug the electric window switch (just press the large tab with a flat driver) I actually managed to split the plug (by pressing in the wrong tabs, about 3 smaller tabs). No great damage except I'm not sure which wire goes in which whole on the plug, as it came completely apart. Can anyone help? Perhaps someone has a door panel off and can photograph the layout for me? I've added some photos below to show exactly what I mean.... Here is the drivers side (RHS) - Just fine! Here is the passenger side (LHS) after I did my magic! - Not so fine! Can anyone supply a clear photo from this angle of the "passenger side electric window switch plug".
