Window Motor?

The problem I have is 60% of the time I do the passengers side window up it comes down about 6-8 inches, So I do it up then push the lock window button that works most of the time. However when my missus slames my f&*£!NG door it drops down 6-8 inches. A couple of times I have come to the car and found the window 6-8 inches down, once down all the way down even without slamming.

 

Please help as I live in South London and it's only a matter of time before something happens so if anyone can help me obtain a window motor? window regulator? are they the same?, either part number or suggestion as to a company that will supply one, I have a good mechanic but I usally supply parts myself.
