BOSE SYSTEM FOR 350Z

Hi again

 

Quick question, does the 350z 2007 (313) model come with a bose sub too ? or just the standard bose system.

 

I have heard the bose system on a 350z (2005) and was not impressed.

I think it does come with the bose. I may be wrong as i dnt hav an 07

All UK GT models come with a Bose sound system.

 

Maybe people do replace it though. Non GT cars come without it.

As above. All model years (2003 to 2009) with a GT pack come with a bose sound system including the subwoofer.

Im sure I read somewhere that the US touring model has a bose Sub woofer located behind the drivers seat, not sure about Uk

As to the quality, I came from a 55 plate new shape Lexus IS with DD5.1 surround 13 speakers as standard so the Nissan sounded quite poor in comparison. I have had two head units (skipping and then CDs jammed in the loader) and the last one sounds better than the previous two. Not sure why but I noticed the later one has far better bass response and lower frequencies heard, the mid and top is still messy but it is ok for my use. I did think about upgrading but spending a couple of grand on a setup I will only have for a couple of years doesn't seem worth it to me. I would rather spend it on my Porsche because I know I will be keeping that.
