MITZ@CougarStore Posted January 28, 2009 Share Posted January 28, 2009 All, I was speaking to a mechanic friend of mine, who has always taken care of my brakes and 6 month oil change too, to see if he could help with servicing, at a preferential rate for our members… He’s quoted me with the following labour prices for members. Pads front and rear - £40.00 labour Pads and Discs front and rear - £75.00 labour Oil change if you bring your own oil and filter - £15.00 labour Brake lines - £70.00 labour Basic Service – Oil, Air Filter, Plugs - £60.00 labour Air con service - £25.00 A member (nfarr) that bought brakes from me had them fitted last Wednesday by him, as we all love photos, they can be seen below… As always, if you need more info, do send me a PM... If you can give him some notice, it would be better, and then driving in for a brake pad change is no problem… Pads available when you need them bud... If you’re coming on a Saturday then I’ll meet you there personally and bring the pads with me… Deciding how long pads last for is difficult, as different driving/braking styles all need to be taken into consideration.
