LewisL Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 Hello, There are 2 differnet indicators that come up 1 with just the symbol of the car skiding & 1 with the symbol in brackets. I believe just the symbol is when the TCS is working & the 1 in brackets in when the ESP is working? correct!? When should the ESP kick in!? under hard accleration from a standing start!? while acclerating around a bend!? both? none!? Also does the ESP cut power from the enigne? Just trying to find out if mine is working as i "think" i used to get the ESP indicator up but had an error pop up & now only get the TCS indicator flash up! i have been to nissan & there are no errors! P15UL T Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 i think when i break traction they both come on....not 100% sure, but if you break traction then the skid light will come on and then the car will engage the traction control and then that light will come on, so unless the car isnt recognising that your breaking traction...does this make any sense cause im lost Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
